2. About White Tiger Marketing

White Tiger Marketing LLC is a performance-focused social media marketing agency (SMMA) serving service-based businesses in the United States. Our work operates across three defined service areas: Social Media Marketing, Sales Funnel Optimization, and Online Advertising.

3. Services

We offer services under what we call the White Tiger Performance Suite. This includes the following three pillars, delivered as a complete, managed package:

  • Social Media Marketing — Content strategy, profile optimization, posting consistency, and engagement fundamentals. The objective is to generate attention and trust for your business on social platforms.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization — Landing page design, lead capture forms, booking funnels, and conversion improvements. The objective is to convert attention into qualified leads.
  • Online Advertising — Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, Google Ads (for qualifying clients), retargeting, and budget-controlled testing. The objective is to scale what is already converting.

The specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of work applicable to your engagement are governed by the service agreement entered into between you and White Tiger Marketing LLC.

4. What We Do Not Promise

We are explicit about the limits of our commitments. White Tiger Marketing:

  • Does not promise virality or specific social media growth numbers
  • Does not promise specific revenue outcomes
  • Does not guarantee return on ad spend (ROAS) or any specific return on investment
  • Does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or conversions

We are accountable for delivering the agreed-upon services — testing, optimization, management, and process execution. Results displayed on our website (including case study metrics) reflect actual outcomes from specific engagements under specific conditions and are not guarantees of future performance.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform our services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely access to relevant accounts, platforms, and assets (social media profiles, ad accounts, website access, etc.)
  • Respond to requests for content, approvals, and information within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure that ad budgets and platform accounts are in good standing
  • Provide accurate information about their business, industry, and goals

Delays or failures on the client side that impair our ability to deliver services do not constitute grounds for refund or termination of the agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Work product created by White Tiger Marketing during an engagement — including landing page designs, ad creative, content plans, and funnels — is delivered to the client upon fulfillment of payment obligations. White Tiger Marketing retains the right to reference client work, results, and case studies for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Advertising Platforms and Third-Party Policies

Our advertising services involve managing campaigns on third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Campaign performance is subject to the policies, algorithms, and decisions of those platforms, which are outside our control. We are not liable for changes to platform policies, ad account restrictions, or algorithm updates that affect campaign delivery or results.

8. Transparent Reporting

We provide monthly performance reports reflecting real data from your campaigns. These reports include actual metrics, context, and recommended next steps. We do not manufacture or inflate reporting figures.

9. Limitation of Liability

White Tiger Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the signed contract. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered are due and payable.

11. Website Use

The content on white-tiger-marketing.com — including case studies, metrics, written content, and images — is the property of White Tiger Marketing LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in your service agreement, or if no agreement exists, through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. The current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
